Havant Housing Association was set up by local people in 1987 and is registered with the Tenant Service Authority, the Financial Services Authority, National Housing Federation and the Friendly Society.

In 1993 Havant Housing Association joined the Portsmouth Housing Association Group structure. Up until 1997 it was part of the Portsmouth Housing Association Group structure when the Board decided to       de-merge, with the move being completed early in 1998.

This created Havant Housing Association’s special identity as a specialist supported housing provider.

Havant Housing Association currently houses over 100 tenants in a variety of supported accommodation in and around the Borough of Havant.
