Havant Housing Association is keen to develop and expand the range of supported accommodation it can offer to current and future tenants.

Over the next 5 years our development programme will primarily concentrate on re-providing shared accommodation to provide self-contained accommodation (with communal areas where required).

Once the re-provision has been completed our sole focus will be to provide new additional accommodation within mixed housing developments.

In 2007 Havant Housing Association joined the
Wayfarer Partnership.

This successful partnership is a progressive consortium of eight housing associations operating in Hampshire, Dorset, Berkshire, Surrey, Sussex and Wiltshire. Wayfarer members own and manage more than 43,000 homes, and have attracted Homes and Communities Agency funding in excess of £239m since 2003, providing some 6,00 homes

This membership will enable Havant Housing Association to gain access to development expertise and to Homes and Communities Agency funding to further our development objectives.
